Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Better Rising.

Better Rising sells downloadable digital products, including PDF guides, planners, worksheets, trackers, and related digital materials.

Digital Products

All Better Rising products are digital unless a product description expressly states otherwise.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind after receiving or accessing a digital product, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may cease once delivery or performance begins if:

• you have expressly agreed that we may begin supplying the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period; and

• you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins.

Where required, Better Rising will obtain this consent and acknowledgment during the checkout process.

The withdrawal rules above do not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have concerning defective, non-conforming, or incorrectly supplied digital content.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If your digital product is corrupted, technically defective, materially different from its description, or you received the wrong product, please contact us.

Please provide:

• Your name

• Your order number

• The email address used for your purchase

• A description of the problem

• A screenshot or other useful information, where possible

We will review the issue and, where appropriate and required by law, provide a corrected product, replacement, price reduction, refund, or other applicable remedy.

Refunds

If a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be issued using the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.
